Refund policy

Returns/Exchange

We want you to love the products as much as we do and your shopping experience with us to be as enjoyable as possible. We do ask that you contact us with any questions - or if you would like further photos on items or would like some items styled together - we are here to help you.

We do ask however that you do shop carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Products may be returned for an exchange or credit note only. This policy is non-negotiable. You are able to use you credit on anything, for split purchases and this will not expire.


Our Exchange

If you find your product isn't quite right we do offer exchanges and store credit for the full amount of original purchase.

This is a 30 day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit. 

To be eligible for this, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
